What is motorcycle fleet leasing?
A Long term rental agreement including servicing and maintenance for the exclusive use of a bike for a set period of time at a fixed monthly price, with no tied into a financial contract, is a great alternative to fleet packages, which, unlike fleet, won’t impact company equity.
Starting with the initial consultation where you are guided through what to expect, your journey through the whole process including funding, supply, management and, finally, disposal is made as easy as possible with minimal interruption to your daily routine.
As well as managing the logistics and maintenance of vehicles and manufacturer warranties, our lease option is designed to be hassle-free and includes:
Full contracts with all insurances covered and signed by both parties*
A bike with your businesses branding*
Service every 8 weeks, by experienced mechanics
Replacement of specific genuine serviceable parts- Tyres, Brake pads - rear and front, Levers and mirrors, Drive belts, rollers, air filter
Scorpion Tracker System
All records including service history held at Grafton Motorcycles
*Please note customers will need to arrange their own insurance for lease motorcycles.
What are the benefits of leasing motorcycles?
Tax benefits: A business lease agreement offers many positive tax benefits whilst avoiding unexpected costs as well as a cost-effective alternative to purchasing company vehicles outright.
No vehicle depreciation: There is no concern around vehicle depreciation or selling on as the vehicle is simply returned to us at the end of the lease, leaving you free to choose your next lease or purchase.
New bike: Choose either petrol or electric, we supply updated bikes every 2 years, helping you maintain corporate identity and prestige.
Peace of mind: All servicing and serviceable parts are covered within the lease. You have the peace of mind of knowing that we have fully trained on-site servicing staff.
Regular Maintenance: As part of the lease we will ensure that regular maintenance occurs (typically every 8 weeks) thus ensuring that your fleet is compliant and safe.
*Your Branding: To personalise your vehicle, we can add any branding and logos to your bikes and delivery boxes, working in harmony with your marketing activities.
We simply include the charge for the cost of the production of the graphics into your monthly charge.

Not included in the lease
- In the unfortunate event of a bike being stolen or written off, a trade value of the bike will be agreed and a replacement bike is arranged prior to invoicing
- Crash repair charges apply at the client's expense
- Call-out charges apply at the client's expense
- Insurance- this will need to be organised by your comapny
